Due to the nature of our items, being one-of-a-kind and often delicate, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or minor signs of wear. Each piece is carefully described, measured, and photographed so you can shop with confidence.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Because these items are unique and irreplaceable, we are unable to restock them once sold.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in inspecting and packaging each item. All orders are shipped with tracking and includes insurance and signature on delivery for extra peace of mind.
If you paid over $100 and your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with an insurance claim through Australia Post.
