Trunchbull Costume

Purpose: Create a Trunchbull costume for a college production of “Matilda”.

Creative brief: Use padded suit and gathered materials to create a Trunchball costume.

I was given a padded suit and a list of measurements. I gathered materials from @reversegarbageqld , @maclaceleather365 and local discount fabric stores.

During this project I was able to play with draping, dart manipulation, pattern drafting, leather, victorian sleeves, gussets & recycled materials.
